Personal Advisor Services

Vanguard‘s Personal Advisor Services offering represents the largest, most important new service to be offered to users in the history of the firm. It represents a massive shift from the DIY culture the company was founded on to now include advisor services to help investors maximize their returns at a fraction of the industry average fees. As the new head of design for the retail business, I was responsible for working with our agency partners to develop the creative direction for the launch of the new service. As a premium service we needed to differentiate it from our other offerings while maintaining it‘s connection to the Vanguard brand.
